    Abstract: An electric actuator, which includes an exposed actuator terminal, for eliminating the need for insert molding and facilitating the manufacturing of a housing while preventing liquid from entering the housing. The actuator includes a motor. The housing is attached to the motor and includes an opening. A control circuit board accommodated in the housing controls the motor. An actuator terminal is arranged on the control circuit board and connected to an external terminal of an external connector through the opening. A terminal support arranged on the control circuit board supports the actuator terminal. A hollow fitting is attached to the terminal support and fitted into the opening so as to extend into the housing. A seal, arranged between the terminal support and the fitting, seals the housing.

    Abstract: A motor has a motor unit, an output shaft, a speed-reducing unit for controlling the motor unit, a control circuit board and a gear housing. The speed-reducing unit transmits a rotation of the rotation shaft of the motor unit to the output shaft to rotate slower than the rotation shaft. The gear housing is fixed to the motor unit and includes a generally flat shaped speed-reducing unit receiving portion, which installs at least a part of the speed-reducing unit therein, and a generally flat shaped circuit board receiving portion, which installs the control circuit board therein. The output shaft protrudes beyond and perpendicularly to a side face of the speed-reducing unit receiving portion. The circuit board receiving portion is inclined to the speed-reducing unit receiving portion around a center axis of the rotation shaft to be retracted from an output shaft side of the speed-reducing unit receiving portion.

The yoke housing is configured in an oblate cylindrical cup form having a couple of opposed flat side walls and a couple of opposed arcuate side walls that join opposed lateral edges of the flat side walls together. The noise limiter circuit includes choke coils. Each choke coil is arranged adjacent to a corresponding corner of the yoke housing located between a corresponding one of the flat side walls and a corresponding one of the arcuate side walls in such a manner that each choke coil extends substantially parallel to a central axis of the yoke housing.

    Abstract: The structure for fixing a grommet to a housing is composed of a housing provided with a connector portion formed at least partly in a column shape, a wire harness connector coupled with the connector portion with a coupling gap and a tubular shaped grommet made of resilient material put on an outside circumferential surface of the connector portion to waterproof seal the coupling gap. The grommet includes a wall with openings that snap over protrusions on the connector portion to rigidly fix them together. The connector portion includes a locking through hole for receiving a latch on the wire harness connector. Seal lips on the grommet are angled downward so as to provide sealing for the locking hole.

    Abstract: A wire type window regulator is provided wherein dislodging of a wire guide from a motor housing and damage to the motor housing and rewire guide can be prevented. In addition, the angle and length of guide portions of the wire guide are not restricted. The motor housing includes a drum casing wall internally containing a take-up drum. The wire guide has an attachment member filling a cutout portion of the drum casing wall and attaching the wire guide with the motor housing. A step is provided in the drum casing wall and a cooperating protruding portion is provided in the attachment member of the wire guide, thereby preventing the wire guide from being dislodged.
