Patent number: 8001723Abstract: The present invention is to provide a technology capable of planting seedlings in soil in planting ground such as dry land and allowing the seedling to root securely and grow without artificially supplying water continuously. Not only is a seedling fixed inside an upper opening portion of a tube having a length to a deep water-containing layer in the planting ground but also a growing medium is put inside the tube at a hardness that allows the root of the seedling to grow long downward, and the root of the seedling is allowed to grow below the tube, thereby obtaining the seedling having a long root. A vertical hole having approximately the same diameter as that of the tube is dug in the ground of the planting ground until reaching a soil layer having water quality and water quantity necessary for growth of plant, the seedling having the long root is buried in the vertical hole together with the tube, thereby planting the seedling in the planting ground.Type: GrantFiled: February 10, 2006Date of Patent: August 23, 2011Assignee: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Inc.Inventors: Kazuhisa Tamura, Naoki Ogawa, Wataru Kawamura, Hiromitsu Nagayasu, Takehiko Matsui, Kinya Fujita, Masatoshi Tamai, Kenichi Katayama, Shinobu Inanaga

Publication number: 20070079551Abstract: The present invention is to provide a technology capable of planting seedlings smoothly in actual soil in planting ground such as dry land and allowing the seedling to root securely and grow without artificially supplying water continuously. Not only is a seedling fixed inside an upper opening portion of a tube having a length reachable to a deep water-containing layer in the planting ground but also a raising medium is put inside the tube at a hardness that allows the root of the seedling to grow long downward, and the root of the seedling is allowed to grow below the tube, thereby obtaining the seedling having a long root. A vertical hole having approximately the same diameter as that of the tube is dug in the ground of the planting ground until reaching a soil layer having water quality and water quantity necessary for growth of plant, the seedling having the long root is buried in the vertical hole together with the tube, thereby planting the seedling in the planting ground.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 10, 2006Publication date: April 12, 2007Applicant: MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES, LTD.Inventors: Kazuhisa Tamura, Naoki Ogawa, Wataru Kawamura, Hiromitsu Nagayasu, Takehiko Matsui, Kinya Fujita, Masatoshi Tamai, Kenichi Katayama, Shinobu Inanaga

Patent number: 7089869Abstract: A flange 52b is provided on a plate by bending the plate, the flange being substantially orthogonal to the plate, and a recessed portion, where the flange is missing, is provided between two flanges. A flange 62c is provided by bending another plate, and a raised portion is provided which protrudes from a parallel side 62b to flange 62c at an end portion of flange 62c. An end portion of flange 52c and end portion of flange 62c are abutted, and end portion of plate 60 is abutted to an outer side of the circular arc portion of flange 52b from the plate. The raised portion is abutted to the recessed portion, and respective abutted portions are welded. Where two plates in which a flange is provided by bending the plate are intended to be welded, the occurrence of a space in a welding portion can be prevented.Type: GrantFiled: December 4, 2001Date of Patent: August 15, 2006Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Norihisa Okada, Masaki Yono, Wataru Kawamura

Patent number: 6797364Abstract: A composite panel having a non-adhesion portion is mounted on a stationary table and a bending table and is fixed thereto by vacuum adsorption pads. An upper portion bending table is mounted on a face sheet providing the non-adhesion portion. The face sheet is secured using the vacuum adsorption pad on the bending table. The bending table is rotated, so that the face sheet is bent. The center core member is cut with a V-shape. An adhesion agent is coated. Next, by rotating the lower bending table, the other face sheet and the center core member are bent so that the core member is adhered to the upper face sheet. Without causing a gap between a face sheet and a center core member and a partial contact, an integral bending processing of a flat sheet shape composite panel can be realized. In addition to this, to assurance adequate strength in a bending processing portion of the composite panel, it is unnecessary to provide a separate member and the like.Type: GrantFiled: March 14, 2001Date of Patent: September 28, 2004Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Norihisa Okada, Wataru Kawamura

Patent number: 6561002Abstract: In a state in which a material (blank) cut in a predetermined shape is mounted on a die and the bottom of the material is supported by a seat, the material is pressed by a tool from above and the tool is moved along the die so that the material is incrementally formed. The bottom of the material is fixed, so that the material is not inclined and can be formed in a predetermined shape. A circular arc portion of a flange is processed in a state in which it is clamped by the female die and the tool, so that the circular arc portion of the flange is not spread outside and the perpendicularity between the flange of the circular arc portion and the bottom can be increased.Type: GrantFiled: April 11, 2001Date of Patent: May 13, 2003Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Norihisa Okada, Wataru Kawamura

Publication number: 20020157768Abstract: A composite panel of an element member in which a non-adhesion portion is mounted on a stationary table and a bending table and fixed by vacuum adsorption pads. An upper portion bending table is mounted on a face sheet of the non-adhesion portion. The face sheet is adsorbed according to the vacuum adsorption pad on the bending table. The bending table is rotated, then the face sheet is bent. A center core member is cut with a V shape. An adhesion agent is coated. Next, by rotating the bending table a face sheet is bent and the center core member is adhered to the face sheet. Publication number: 20020073888Abstract: To a plate 50, a flange 52b provided by bending the plate, a flange 52 being orthogonal substantially to the flange 52b and provided bending the plate, and a recessed portion except for a flange between two flanges are provided. To a plate 60, a flange 62c provided by bending the plate, a raised portion protruded from a parallel side 62b to a flange 62c at an end portion in a longitudinal direction of the flange 62c and a vicinity of the end portion are provided. An end portion in a longitudinal direction of the flange 52c and the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the flange 62c are abutted and further an end portion of the plate 60 is abutted to an outer side of a circular arc portion of the flange 52b from the plate. The raised portion is inserted and abutted to the recessed portion and the respective abutted portions are welded. In a case where two plates in which a flange is provided by bending the plate are intended to a welding, an occurrence of a space in a welding portion can be prevented.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 4, 2001Publication date: June 20, 2002Inventors: Norihisa Okada, Masaki Yono, Wataru Kawamura

Patent number: 5650804Abstract: A recording apparatus according to the present invention comprises a recording unit to record images on a recording sheet, and a photosensor which detects the density of the recording surface of a recording sheet. The apparatus records with the recording unit a given pattern on a given position on the recording sheet subsequent to the termination of image recording by the recording unit. A CPU is provided in order to judge the operating state of the recording unit in accordance with the result of the detection by the photosensor as to the pattern density, thus making it possible to automatically and accurately judge whether the image data are normally recorded. In particular, the CPU, using the output of the photosensor, determines whether the given pattern was recorded satisfactorily. If so, it is assumed that the image data was also recorded satisfactorily.Type: GrantFiled: June 9, 1995Date of Patent: July 22, 1997Assignee: Canon Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Wataru Kawamura, Takeshi Ono
