Patent number: 10120492Abstract: A touch sensor module is structured by laminating an organic EL layer and a smoked glass layer on a substrate, which has a positive electrode pattern and a negative electrode pattern on the upper surface. When a driving voltage is applied to the positive electrode pattern, a current flows in a segment between the positive electrode pattern and the negative electrode pattern in the organic EL layer and the segment emits light. The emitted light causes a figure that represents a key to appear on the display surface of the touch sensor module. When the user touches a portion in which the figure representing a key is displayed on the display surface of the touch sensor module, a capacitance between the positive electrode pattern and the negative electrode pattern changes. Accordingly, the user's touch to the figure representing a key is detected.Type: GrantFiled: August 23, 2016Date of Patent: November 6, 2018Assignee: ALPINE ELECTRONICS, INC.Inventors: Wataru Oikubo, Yusuke Yoshida

Patent number: 8190995Abstract: An information processing apparatus and an information selecting method are disclosed which can easily restore an original state after checking the result of executing predetermined processing based on different information. If an operator of an operation unit is pressed in an already processed state where a processing execution unit is executing predetermined processing using already selected information set in a selected information memory, information assigned to the operator is newly set in the selected information memory to execute the predetermined processing with the processing execution unit. After that, if the pressed operator is released, the processing execution unit is restored to the already processed state. With this operation, after checking a new processing state using different information from already selected information by pressing an operator, the already processed state can be restored simply by releasing the pressed operator.Type: GrantFiled: July 20, 2009Date of Patent: May 29, 2012Assignee: Alpine Electronics, Inc.Inventors: Akihiko Takizawa, Wataru Oikubo, Syu Takahara, Hironaga Ogawa, Hidetoshi Kadoya
