  • Publication number: 20230376096
Abstract: An electronic device includes a connector and a power feed circuit. The connector includes a plurality of first terminals. The plurality of first terminals are connected to a plurality of second terminals of a connecting device and include: one or more power supply terminals to supply direct-current power to the connecting device; and a detection terminal. When the connecting device is connected to the connector, the power feed circuit determines whether a second terminal, among the plurality of second terminals, connected to the detection terminal is a specific terminal. The power feed circuit supplies direct-current supply power having a voltage value set based on a result of the determination to the connecting device via the one or more power supply terminals of the connector.

  • Patent number: 9318470
Abstract: In a semiconductor device, a lower chip includes a first group of connection terminals provided on a straight region including a corner region and a region extending from the corner region along one side. An upper chip includes a second group of connection terminals. The upper chip and the lower chip are arranged so that the first group of connection terminals at least partially overlaps with the second group of connection terminals. The first group of connection terminals is at least partially electrically connected to the second group of connection terminals.
