  • Publication number: 20160139674
Abstract: An information processing device includes a storage and an circuit. The storage stores first distance information indicating a distance between a reference point and a first surface and first shape information indicating a surface shape of the first surface. The circuit acquires second distance information indicating distance between the reference point and an object. The circuit determines if an operation inputted by user is present or absent by using the second distance information. The circuit determines whether a first condition is satisfied or not by comparing the first shape information with second shape information. The circuit updates the first distance information based on the second distance information when the operation is determined to be absent and the first condition is determined to be satisfied.

  • Publication number: 20160062406
Abstract: According to an embodiment, an information processing device includes a detector and a controller. The detector detects a pointed position pointed by a pointing object on a projection plane onto which light including information of an input image is projected. When the pointed position belongs to a first region on the projection plane, the controller performs control for executing first processing corresponding to an operation on the first region based on the pointed position. The first region includes a part of a projection image formed by projecting the light onto the projection plane. When the pointed position belongs to a second region on the projection plane, the controller performs control for executing second processing corresponding to an operation on the second region based on the pointed position. The second region includes a smaller part of the projection image than the part of the projection image included in the first region.

  • Publication number: 20160014385
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an image processor includes a setter and a corrector. The setter sets correction information to cause an entirety of an object image to be viewable when an image projected onto a projection surface is viewed from a viewpoint. The object image is projected from a projection position. The setting is performed based on information relating to a configuration of the projection surface where the object image is projected, information relating to the projection position, and information relating to a position of the viewpoint. The corrector corrects the object image based on the correction information.

  • Patent number: 9111377
Abstract: According to one embodiment, in an apparatus for generating a multi-viewpoint image, a separation unit separates a target image into a first diffuse reflection image and a first non-diffuse reflection image based on a pixel value of each pixel of the target image. The first non-diffuse reflection image has components except for the first diffuse reflection image. A first estimation unit estimates a change amount of each pixel among a plurality of first non-diffuse reflection images corresponding to viewpoints differently. A first generation unit generates a second non-diffuse reflection image by changing at least one of a shape and a luminance of each pixel of the first non-diffuse reflection image, based on the change amount of each pixel. A synthesis unit generates the multi-viewpoint image by synthesizing the first diffuse reflection image with the second non-diffuse reflection image. Each viewpoint image corresponds to each of the viewpoints.

  • Patent number: 8538300
Abstract: Provided is a housing that encloses: a first developer transport member that transports developer, which includes toner, laterally in a first direction; a second developer transport member that transports the developer in a second direction opposite to the first direction; a first communication passage configured to direct the developer transported by the first developer transport member to an upstream edge, along the second direction, of the second developer transport member; and a second communication passage configured to direct the developer transported by the second developer transport member to an upstream edge, along the first direction, of the first developer transport member. The second communication passage progressively reduces the amount of developer directed through the second communication passage to the upstream edge of the first developer transport member as an inclination angle of the housing increases so that the second communication passage is lower than the first communication passage.
