  • Patent number: 10311508
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a system and method of simulating modeling a garment, comprising the steps of receiving a user image, a garment selection, and a user profile. A photo extraction module extracts the head and neck region from the user image. A colorization module extracts color frequency data from the user image for application to a base figure framework. The system selects and scales a base figure framework in response to user profile input. A stitching module joins said extracted head and neck region to the neck region of the selected base figure framework to output a base user model. A model display module overlays and scales the selected garment on the base user model. The model display module renders a near three dimensional user model, shading the user model based on colorization module data, whereby the system simulates the user wearing the selected garment.

  • Publication number: 20130170715
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a system and method of simulating modeling a garment, comprising the steps of providing a dictionary having a plurality of figure frameworks, the plurality of figure frameworks comprising varying body characteristics and measurements, with each of the figure frameworks comprising at least one image and body reference data. The system providing a garment database comprising images and pairing data for a plurality of garments. It receives a user image and a garment selection and selects a figure framework in response to user input and garment selection. It extracts the facial region and determines a skin tone identifier from the user image. It renders a three dimensional user model from the user image and the selected figure framework to form a user model, shading based on the skin tone identifier. It the overlays and scales the selected garment on the user model, whereby the user model simulates the user wearing the selected garment.

  • Publication number: 20130173226
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a system and method of simulating modeling a garment, comprising the steps of providing a dictionary having a plurality of two dimensional figure frameworks, the plurality of two dimensional figure frameworks comprising varying body characteristics and measurements, with each of the two dimensional figure frameworks comprising an image and body reference data. The system providing a garment database comprising images and pairing data for a plurality of garments. It receives a user image and a garment selection and selects a two dimensional figure framework in response to user input and garment selection. It renders a three dimensional user model from the user image and the selected two dimensional figure framework to form a user model. It overlays and scales the selected garment on the user model, whereby the user model simulates the user wearing the selected garment.

  • Patent number: 5320058
Abstract: A self-contained trailer mountable boat launching assembly makes it possible for one person to launch a boat from a launching ramp. A small air compressor and accumulator tank are mounted on the trailer frame in combination with a control valve and an operating cylinder. A remote switch routes pressure from the tank through the control valve to operate the cylinder which provides a launching force on the prow of the boat. In one embodiment, the end of the operating cylinder is mounted to a flexible member having an open hook in the end which passes up and through a laterally extending eye on the prow of a boat. A roller aft of the hook changes direction of the flexible member to pull the boat off the trailer and allows the hook to automatically release from the eye as the boat moves in response to the operating cylinder rod moving opposite the launching direction. Linear movement of the hook is magnified by a mechanical advantage.

  • Patent number: 4386680
Abstract: A system for enabling rescue of the occupants of a multistoried building. The system includes a lookout member adapted to be fixedly attached to the roof of the building by way of D-rings or the like. The lookout member is comprised of a crane adapted to overhang the edge of the building. A pulley is attached to one end of the crane and a first cable, of a length sufficient to extend from the ground to the pulley and from the pulley to the ground, is reeved through the pulley and has first and second ends. A drum is provided on the ground for reeling the first end of the cable in and out. A housing large enough to contain and support a plurality of people and adapted to be raised and lowered along the side of the building is provided in order to allow escape of occupants from the building in emergency situations. A yoke is adapted to be connected to the second end of the cable for being raised from the ground to the crane, to which it may be firmly but releasably attached. A second cable is provided.
