Publication number: 20240362276Abstract: A document management system can include an artificial intelligence-based document manager that can perform one or more predictive operations based on characteristics of a user, a document, a user account, or historical document activity. For instance, the document management system can apply a machine-learning model to determine how long an expiring agreement document is likely to take to renegotiate and can prompt a user to begin the renegotiation process in advance. The document management system can detect a change to language in a particular clause type and can prompt a user to update other documents that include the clause type to include the change. The document management system can determine a type of a document being worked on and can identify one or more actions that a corresponding user may want to take using a machine-learning model trained on similar documents and similar users.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 11, 2024Publication date: October 31, 2024Applicant: DocuSign, Inc.Inventors: Christina Silva Hamlin, David Minoru Hirotsu, Saul Adams Aguilar, Dia A. Patent number: 12090280Abstract: This invention generally provides two tactile stimulation modules, or “tappers”. One tapper is held by a person in each of his hands. Alternatively, a tapper is secured to each wrist or to other parts of the body on opposite sides. Each tapper is powered by a rechargeable battery, and contains both a tactile stimulation transducer, such as an electric motor having either a balanced or unbalanced mass on its output shaft, and a transceiver that communicates with a host or master. Each tapper includes at least one control button and a status indicator. Each tapper contains a micro-controller that performs tasks such as communication, motor activation, user monitoring and control, battery monitoring, low-power sleep, and algorithm execution. At least one tapper can contain at least one optional sensor, which measures a physiological function. Measurements can be used to modify performance of the tactile stimulation transducers.Type: GrantFiled: March 21, 2023Date of Patent: September 17, 2024Assignee: NI-Tapp, Inc.Inventors: Cindy Ann Jones, Hayley B. Publication number: 20240131424Abstract: A method of rendering a virtual environment is disclosed. First application data is received. The first application data includes first graph data. The first graph data corresponds to a first state of an application. Second application data is received after the first application data. The second application data corresponds to a second state of the application. The first application data and the second application data are analyzed to determine a change in the first graph data associated with the second application data. An island subgraph within the first graph data that includes the change is determined. Second graph data is generated for the second state. The generating of the second graph data includes partially reconstructing the first graph data. The partial reconstructing includes rebuilding the determined island subgraph. The generated second graph data is communicated for rendering of the virtual environment in the second state.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 29, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Janus Lynggaard Thorborg, Toulouse de Margerie, Wayne Johnson
