    Abstract: An apparatus to facilitate the maintenance of internal combustion engines, particularly aircraft engines, comprising a mounting apparatus, positioning rod, and pivoting arms from which a grinding, cleaning, or resurfacing tool may be mounted and operated within a single plane of rotation about the positioning rod. In the preferred embodiment of the device the mounting apparatus is made to be mounted upon a variety of common aircraft engines.
