The second surface of the first polymeric foam portion abuts a first surface of the rubber membrane, and a second surface of the rubber membrane abuts the first surface of the second polymeric foam portion. The polyurea coating covers at least the first surface of the first polymeric foam portion and the second surface of the second polymeric foam portion.
