    Abstract: An annular slide member has an inner circular surface and a circular slot formed in its inner surface. The slide member is rotatably mounted for free rotation about its axis. A guide device, adjustable in length, is provided as a variable length diameter of the slide member and is fixed in the slot of the slide member so that it is freely rotatable with the slide member about the axis of the slide member for marking a circle or part of a circle of any diameter smaller than that of the slide member.
