Patent number: 11941073Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to systems, methods, and computer-readable media for selectively identifying candidate keywords for a target domain, generating keyword clusters based on the candidate keywords, and implementing the candidate keywords within published online content. In particular, systems disclosed herein generate or otherwise obtain access to a collection of keywords and value metrics descriptive of a profile of the keywords with respect to a target domain. The systems can selectively identify candidate keywords having unique value to a domain and generate keyword clusters including the keywords and associated terms. The systems described herein can further implement the keyword clusters within a structure of published content items that are linked or otherwise associated with the target domain.Type: GrantFiled: December 23, 2019Date of Patent: March 26, 2024Assignee: 97th FloorInventors: Christopher Douglas Bennett, Paxton Michael Gray, Wayne Gregory Sleight, Patrick Ralph Bennett

Publication number: 20170050789Abstract: A divisible container includes first and second halves forming a capsule with a hollow interior for retaining an object. The halves may also include first and second confectionary coatings formed to the exterior for consumption by a user. The halves include spaced projections at the exterior separating the confectionary halves allowing a user to see that a non-edible component is beneath. In an embodiment, upon removal of the confectionary, projections disposed opposite the joint allow a user to separate the joint by biasing the projections away from the joint, disengaging the connection between the halves. In an embodiment, a projection extending from the first half forms a gap, and a projection extending from the second half forms a lower extension that is received within the gap when the halves are joined adding strength to the connection, and limiting rotational movement of the halves and damage to the confectionary coatings.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 22, 2016Publication date: February 23, 2017Inventor: Wayne Gregory LOXTON

Publication number: 20100095139Abstract: The present invention relates to a docking station that is operable as a host. The docking station is suitable for docking a portable device that is operable as a slave. The portable device may be, for example, a personal digital assistant (PDA) or a mobile phone. The docking station includes determination means for determining an operational voltage of the docked portable device. An adjustable power supply outputs a supply voltage to the docked portable device in accordance with the determined operational voltage. Typically, the power supply includes control means (e.g. microcontroller) for controlling the supply voltage outputted from the adjustable power supply. The present invention also relates to a method for outputting the supply voltage from the host docking station to the docked slave portable device.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 24, 2008Publication date: April 15, 2010Applicant: Grabba International Pty Ltd.Inventors: David Victor Murphy, Nathan Thomas Westgarth, Wayne Gregory Uroda

Patent number: 7607738Abstract: A contoured seat generally includes a seat surface for supporting the thighs and buttocks of a sitter and a back surface for supporting the lower back of a sitter. Defined by the seat surface are a pair of bilateral, spaced protrusions that are positioned to extend into performs musculature of the sitter. Preferably, the seat surface is inclined at a 5° to 15°, and more preferably a 7.5°, angle to induce forward pelvic tilt in conjunction with lower lumbar support of a forward angle of the back surface. The seat and back surfaces may define a sacral-coccyx pocket that has a depth that varies, along its proximal-distal path to allow for sacral stabilization. The sacral-coccyx pocket preferably is relatively narrow and deep proximally and flares as it extends in the distal direction. A reinforcing ridge may extend across a top edge of the sacral-coccyx pocket to provide additional support.Type: GrantFiled: September 15, 2006Date of Patent: October 27, 2009Inventors: Matthew Wayne Gregory, Marshall Dean Gaddis

Publication number: 20070199555Abstract: A portable cooking system has a heating chamber supported by retractable legs that rest on a lid. A fire pan also resting on the lid and partially within the heating chamber is adaptable to burn charcoal, wood, or compressed gas. The lid supports and isolates the fire pan from the ground. The fire pan may be adapted for grilling. An alternate lid may contain an electric heating element. Thermometers and a vent on the heating chamber allow regulation on temperature within the heating chamber. The system may be adapted to provide uniform, controlled heat for Dutch ovens contained within. The system may also function as a smoker.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 9, 2007Publication date: August 30, 2007Inventor: Wayne Gregory

Publication number: 20060289589Abstract: A backpack is provided including a waistbelt having a dual-axis canting system. The waistbelt includes a central support and left and right belt portions that are pivotally coupled to the central support, extending around the sides of the user. The belt portions are configured to pivot about corresponding pivot axes, spaced apart from each other. The belt portions can freely pivot with respect to the central support to accommodate the user's body shape and the user's movement.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 8, 2005Publication date: December 28, 2006Inventor: Wayne Gregory

Publication number: 20050035170Abstract: A backpack is provided incorporating a framesheet and having superior torsional flexibility and load support. The backpack includes a sack configured to be disposed on a user's back and having a first side adjacent to the user's back, when worn. The framesheet is attached to the first side of the sack, generally with the spine of the user. A surface contour is provided to the framesheet that facilitates load support and inhibits barreling. The framesheet has a first width in the upper region and a second width less than the first width, the second width residing in the intermediate between the scapulas and the hip bones of the user. Optionally, a stay can also be provided to the backside of the framesheet, preferably along the centerline thereof.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 12, 2004Publication date: February 17, 2005Applicant: Bianchi InternationalInventors: John Sears, Wayne Gregory

Patent number: 6849854Abstract: An ion source 10 for producing a beam of ions from a plasma is disclosed. A plasma is created at the center of an anode 12 by collisions between energetic electrons and molecules of an ionizable gas. The electrons are sourced from a cathode filament 11 and are accelerated to the anode 12 by an applied electric potential. A projection of the anode and a magnetic field having an axis aligned with the axis of the anode act together to concentrate the flow of electrons to the center of the anode 12. The ionizable gas is introduced into an ionization region 13 of the ion source 10 at the point of concentrated electron flow. Ions created in the ionization region are expelled from the ion source as an ion beam centred on the axis of the magnetic field. The surfaces of the anode are coated with an electrically conductive non-oxidising layer of Titanium Nitride to prevent a build up of an insulating layer on the anode.Type: GrantFiled: November 13, 2003Date of Patent: February 1, 2005Assignee: Saintech Pty Ltd.Inventor: Wayne Gregory Sainty

Patent number: 6154935Abstract: A quick release buckle particularly for use on backpacks including a two part body, an engagement part and a receptor part each of which include attachments for a strap or belt. The body parts telescope into engagement with one body part including a flexible finger and the other a catch. A buckle release strap is secured to the flexible finger and to the body by a snap fastener. At least one upstanding wing on a body part protects the buckle release strap from unintended release.Type: GrantFiled: June 2, 1999Date of Patent: December 5, 2000Assignee: Bianchi InternationalInventors: Wayne Gregory, Gary Fraze
