Abstract: A keyless ignition module includes an actuator, antenna and control apparatus. The actuator has a front surface including a periphery extending therearound. The antenna is disposed rearward to at least some portion of the front surface and does not extend beyond the periphery of the front surface. The control apparatus includes a switch and is coupled to the antenna. The actuator being is slidably engagable with the switch such that movement of the actuator actuates the switch. The actuation of the switch causes the transmission of a control signal from the control apparatus to a vehicle controller.
