    Abstract: A device for removing animal litter which is structured to normally present the appearance of an ordinary umbrella. The device includes an elongated handle and a shroud encircling the handle which can be opened to reveal a bag-carrying arm which can be swung from a stowed position adjacent the handle when the shroud encircles the handle to a lower operative position to receive litter when the shroud is in its open position.
