  • Patent number: 7654393
Abstract: A retail display case for retail items such as a doll packaged in a center tubular section with end caps that may be removed from a center tubular section and assembled to form various accessories including a storage case. In addition one or more of the end caps may be used to provide a display stand for the doll. The retail display packaging includes the set of top and bottom end caps, and further includes the center tubular section made from clear plastic or the like. Internal components such as foam pieces or a set of molded plastic sections may be used with molded components for storage and subsequent use from the storage case. The display case is thus convertible from its original retail housing purpose into a storage case or use by the consumer for novel use as an alternative to discarding the packaging. Accordingly, the center section is provided as being disposable.

  • Patent number: 6067975
Abstract: A toy gun having a pair of reciprocating barrels for an alternating sequence of foam projectiles. The toy gun includes a body and a pair of barrels slidably mounted to the body and being adapted for movement along a longitudinal path between a rearward position and a forward position. Each of the barrels includes a longitudinal rack and an internal pneumatic plunger assembly. The forward portion of each barrel defines a launch chamber adapted to receive one or more foam projectiles. The gun includes a moveable handle engaging one of the barrels, and an actuating pinion mounted to the body engages each of the barrel racks, so that the actuating pinion moves the barrels in opposite directions between their respective forward and rearward positions in response to movement of the handle, such that each plunger assembly pressurizes its adjacent launch chamber in response to rearward movement of the barrel.

  • Patent number: 4185413
Abstract: A toy milkable figure representative of an animal of the type capable of dispensing milk. The figure has a pivotally mounted head which may be pushed downwardly from an upper position to a lower position where a mouth opening in the head is immersed in liquid. The figure has a pivotally mounted tail which may be pumped up and down to create a liquid pumping action. The figure has an udder that forms a liquid holding chamber and has one or more flexible and squeezable teats. When the head is lowered into the liquid supply and the tail pumped, liquid is drawn into the mouth opening and delivered into the udder chamber. A liquid intake limiting mechanism causes the head to automatically raise out of the liquid after a predetermined amount of pumping.
