  • Patent number: 11868968
Abstract: A system and method for analyzing wearable sensor data in reconciliation with calendar entry data. A computer processor is coupled to a user configurable calendar system and a user wearable device. The processor detects one or more user activity events from one or more electronic wearable devices associated with the user and detects one or more user calendar events from a user configurable calendar system. The processor is configured to determine a course of action to be taken by the user based upon the one or more calendar events and the detected one or more user events.

  • Patent number: 11521279
Abstract: Systems and methods for remote interactive inspection services may comprise receiving a communication associated with a property from a mobile device. In response to the communication, an audio-visual remote presence connection may be established with the mobile device. Video of a portion of the property may be portrayed via the audio-visual remote presence connection. Authentication data may be transmitted. The authentication data may be configured to enable access to a lockbox located at the property.

  • Patent number: 11505892
Abstract: Sensor units that includes a power source, a communication interface, and a sensor coupled to the power source and the communication interface. The sensor is calibrated to connect the power source to the communication interface upon an occurrence of a condition in an appliance. The sensor, thereby, permits the communication interface to transmit data indicating the condition to a computing device. Methods, systems, and apparatus, for monitoring such sensor units.

  • Patent number: 11195184
Abstract: A method for tracking insured assets is provided. Asset identifiers corresponding to assets to be monitored are received from a user. Each of the one or more assets is attached to a tracking device. Monitored assets are covered by one or more insurance policies. One or more geofence regions are defined associated with the one or more monitored assets. A location of each of the monitored assets is estimated, at least periodically. In response to determining that the estimated location of at least one of the monitored assets is outside of the corresponding one or more geofence regions, an insurance policy associated with this at least one asset is determined. A policyholder associated with the insurance policy is notified by sending a notification to policyholder's-preferred device. The notification inquires instructions for remedial actions from the policyholder. One or more remedial actions are initiated based on received policyholder's instructions.

  • Patent number: 10650411
Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for detecting the presence of a portable computing device (a smart phone device) in an area of proximity to a vendor to determine relevant pertinent information. A beacon device at a retail location establishes communication with a user's smart phone device which detection is then send to a remotely located server. The remotely located server determines if the detected portable computing device is associated with a predefined category of user. Contingent upon the category of user determination, a determination is made regarding information pertinent to the user. The pertinent information is then caused to be sent to the user's smart phone device.
