    Abstract: A framework is described for providing a service to a customer via a Interactive Voice Recognition system (IVR) using natural language expressions. The expressions are evaluated using rules-based programming rules. Evaluated expressions determine an eligibility of a business service to be offered to a customer. Interaction with the customer comprises selecting a semantically correct natural language expression from an appropriate vocabulary database.
