    Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products are disclosed for distillation of a natural language processing model. An example method includes receiving, by communications circuitry, a set of text data comprising a set of observations and predicting, by processing circuitry and using the NLP model, classifications for each observation in the text data. The example method further includes generating, by model training engine, a balanced sampled data structure based on the predicted classifications for each observation in the text data and training, by the model training engine, a surrogate model using the balanced sampled data structure. The example method further includes identifying, by an interpreter and from the surrogate model, a set of most-influential tokens in the text data.

In a first embodiment, a method is provided for forming a sub-micron 3D diffractive optics element on a film stack disposed on a substrate without planarization. The method includes forming a hardmask on a top surface of a film stack. Forming a mask material on a portion of the top surface and a portion of the hardmask. Etching the top surface. Trimming the mask. Etching the top surface again. Trimming the mask a second time. Etching the top surface yet again and then stripping the mask material.

    Abstract: In various aspects, the present disclosure provides a method of manufacturing an electrode for an electrochemical cell. The method includes contacting a solid electrode material and a substrate at an interface. The method further includes preparing a liquid electrode material at the interface by heating at least a portion of the solid electrode material to a first temperature. The first temperature is greater than or equal to a melting point of the solid electrode material. The method further includes creating a layer of the liquid electrode material on the substrate by moving at least one of the solid electrode material and the substrate with respect to the other of the solid electrode material and the substrate. The method further includes forming the electrode by cooling the liquid electrode material to a second temperature. The second temperature is less than or equal to the melting point.

    Abstract: The presently disclosed device, system and method continuously monitors the network traffic within a local area network (LAN) or wide area network (WAN) between a node and multiple servers. With the use of a configurator device, the system can also manage the power in at least one computer network by activating and deactivating these servers as a function of time. Each individual server can be designated as “active” or “standby.” Standby servers can be powered off, from a signal generated from the configurator to a module, if the rate of traffic drops below a predetermined threshold. The same servers can power back on when the network activity level rises above the same or another predetermined threshold.
