Abstract: A method for providing an invoice for publishing an image is disclosed. The method includes receiving an image to be published from the image provider. Also included is receiving an electronic invoice in a content-descriptive, cross-platform format, where the invoice is for publishing the image. The electronic invoice is used to generate another electronic invoice that is transmitted to the image provider. Along with this electronic invoice, the image may also be transmitted to the image provider.

Abstract: Methods provide a robust service to subscribers of an advertising program. Subscriber reports are delivered using electronic mail (e-mail), which eliminates the cost associated with printing and mailing the reports, while providing the ability to easily track the e-mailed reports. The reports can then be distributed to subscribers on a more frequent basis. The method also enables a customer service representative to remedy a problem associated with a subscriber based on the tracking of the e-mails including the reports. The methods tend to provide a more valuable service to the subscriber.

Abstract: A method for providing customer sales information includes sending a request for customer sales information associated with a customer from a member of a business organization to a customer sales information processing and communication (CSIPC) server associated with the business organization using a terminal that is remote from the CSIPC server. External credit rating information associated with the customer is retrieved from an external credit rating agency (ECRA) system using the CSIPC server. The ECRA system is not associated with the organization. The customer sales information is sent from the CSIPC server to the terminal. The customer sales information is based on the external credit rating information. Related systems and computer program products are also described.

Paperless tear pages and billing can reduce the potentially large printing, postage and/or manual labor costs associated with conventional tear page and invoice distribution.
