    Abstract: A method and a system for evaluating stress corrosion cracking sensitivity of a welded component are provided. The method includes performing an in-situ tensile test on a welded component to be tested to obtain mechanical property parameters of each zone of the welded component to be tested; determining sizes and positions of notch specimens of the welded component to be tested by means of a finite element simulation method; processing specimens of the welded component to be tested; respectively performing a slow strain rate tensile test on the specimens of the welded component to be tested until the specimens are fractured in both an inert environment and a test environment, so as to obtain reductions of area of notch roots of the specimens of the welded component to be tested; and calculating stress corrosion cracking sensitivities of various zones of the welded component to be tested.

The device can detect a base number of units permissible to be processed for the tenant over a unit of time. The device can detect a processing speed of a downstream processor of an asynchronous pipeline. The device can detect a number of messages in a second stream, the downstream processor configured to receive messages from the second stream. The device can determine a target throughput and a historical throughput for the tenant. The device can compare the target throughput with the historical throughput to determine whether to process the job request. The device can schedule the job request for processing based at least in part on the comparison.

The processor may determine a confidence score for one or more key words identified in the received audio input. The processor may then output results of a voice or speech recognition analysis of the received audio input in response to the determined confidence score exceeding the determined voice or speech recognition threshold.

By allowing the host to receive and compare the corresponding gear ring rotation data transmitted by the plurality of axle rotation detection devices and the corresponding tire rotation data transmitted by the plurality of tire pressure monitor sensors, the location of each tire pressure monitor sensor can be confirmed. At the same time, since the host and the tire pressure monitor sensor have two-way transmission functions, the host can react quickly and promptly command the tire pressure monitor sensor to stop sensing and transmitting after completing the calculation.

The generated debug information signal is output from the debug port for reference by a debugger. The detection circuit generates a detection voltage at a detection node based on a first voltage of the first power terminal and a second voltage of the second power terminal. The control circuit includes a transistor device with a back-to-back connection structure that is coupled between a bonding pad and a first node and controlled by the detection voltage to generate a driving voltage at the first node for controlling the power device. In response to an electrostatic discharge event occurring on the bonding pad, the transistor device is turned on according to the detection voltage, and the power device is triggered by the driving voltage to provide a discharge path between the bonding pad and the second power terminal.
