    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a method for forming a semiconductor structure, the method includes forming a buffer layer over a substrate. An active layer is formed on the buffer layer. A top electrode is formed on the active layer. An etch process is performed on the buffer layer and the substrate to define a plurality of pillar structures. The plurality of pillar structures include a first pillar structure laterally offset from a second pillar structure. At least portions of the first and second pillar structures are spaced laterally between sidewalls of the top electrode.

    Abstract: Photolithography overlay errors are a source of patterning defects, which contribute to low wafer yield. An interconnect formation process that employs a patterning photolithography/etch process with self-aligned interconnects is disclosed herein. The interconnection formation process, among other things, improves a photolithography overlay (OVL) margin since alignment is accomplished on a wider pattern. In addition, the patterning photolithography/etch process supports multi-metal gap fill and low-k dielectric formation with voids.

    Abstract: A field surveying and regulating method applied on at least one monitoring electronic device enables at least one manager to add at least one project and at least one specific location (spot) for obtaining soil samples and to edit the at least one project and the at least one spot on an online map. The method allows the manager to assign at least one soil drill and at least one drill operator for each project and each spot. The method enables the manager to view information as to position of each soil drill, depth for sampling by each soil drill, sampling time spent, actual work done by each soil drill, and photos of work by each soil drill in sampling. A related field surveying and regulating system is also disclosed.

The display device includes a video signal receiver, a scaling engine, a color engine, an output stage, and a panel. The video signal receiver receives the video signals. The scaling engine is coupled to the video signal receiver to modulate the resolution of the video signal. The color engine is coupled to the scaling engine, which includes a local adjusting unit. The local adjusting unit adjusts hue, saturation, or intensity of a group of pixels, and thereby increase the quality of images. The output stage is coupled to the color engine, which outputs the adjusted video signals. The panel is coupled to the output stage, which displays the adjusted video signal.

    Abstract: A controlling device of a liquid crystal display is provided. The controlling device includes an A/D interface, a sampler, and a shift error correction circuit. An input end of the A/D interface receives an analog video signal for being converted, so as to output a digital video color level. The sampler is coupled between a reference potential and the input end of the A/D interface, and a controlling end of the sampler receives a correction signal. The shift error correction circuit receives the digital video color level, the correction signal, and a target value corresponding to the reference potential. When the correction signal is enabled, the sampler is ON, and the shift error correction circuit performs a correction operation on the received digital video color level and the target value to get a correction value for the A/D interface that corrects the conversion error of the A/D interface.

The analog video sync signal includes a specific video signal and a sync signal. A frequency of the switching control signal relates to a frequency of the sync signal. The analog-to-digital converter converts the mixing signal into a digital signal according to a sampling control signal. The digital video processor receives the digital signal and decodes the digital signal to generate a digital video sync signal and a first digital video signal.
