Abstract: A package structure and a method of forming the same are provided. The package structure includes a first die, a second die, a first encapsulant, and a buffer layer. The first die and the second die are disposed side by side. The first encapsulant encapsulates the first die and the second die. The second die includes a die stack encapsulated by a second encapsulant encapsulating a die stack. The buffer layer is disposed between the first encapsulant and the second encapsulant and covers at least a sidewall of the second die and disposed between the first encapsulant and the second encapsulant. The buffer layer has a Young's modulus less than a Young's modulus of the first encapsulant and a Young's modulus of the second encapsulant.

Abstract: A semiconductor device and a method of manufacture are provided. In particular, a semiconductor device using blocks, e.g., discrete connection blocks, having through vias and/or integrated passive devices formed therein are provided. Embodiments such as those disclosed herein may be utilized in PoP applications. In an embodiment, the semiconductor device includes a die and a connection block encased in a molding compound. Interconnection layers may be formed on surfaces of the die, the connection block and the molding compound. One or more dies and/or packages may be attached to the interconnection layers.

Abstract: A collapsible storage box contains: a bottom plate, a first long plate, a second long plate, and two foldable short plates. Each foldable short plate includes a first connection sheet and a second connection sheet. A front end of the bottom plate retains with multiple first L-shaped hooks on a bottom of the first long plate, multiple first rotary shafts on a rear end of the bottom plate rotatably connect with multiple first retainers on a bottom of the second long plate respectively, a first side of the bottom plate retains with a first flexible hook on a bottom of the first connection sheet of each foldable short plate, and a second side of the bottom plate retains with a second flexible hook on a bottom of the second connection sheet of each foldable short plate. Thereby, the collapsible storage box is expanded and retracted quickly and easily.

Each base board has a first folding line. The rear frame includes a plurality of rear boards and rear connecting boards. Each rear board has a third folding line. The front frame includes a plurality of front boards and front connecting boards. Each front board has a fifth folding line. Each divider has a fourth coupling portion, a fifth coupling portion, and a sixth coupling portion correspondingly couple to a first coupling portion, a second coupling portion, and a third coupling portion. The base frame, read frame, front frame, and the dividers cooperatively define a plurality of storage space therebetween. As a result, the document organizer is collapsible to save space and materials.

Abstract: A document binder is provided which includes a plate body including two side plates and a bridging plate connected between the two side plates, an engaging mechanism, and a fixture unit fixed to the engaging mechanism. The engaging mechanism includes a rail, two slidable shafts and at least one gear. The side plate has a coupling portion which has two protrusions. Each protrusion has an engaging slot. The two slidable shafts are slidably disposed in the rail and each slidable shaft has a pivotable portion. Each slidable shaft has a gear strip. The gear is pivotally disposed in the rail. The gear and the two gear strips are engaged. Each slidable shaft has an engaging body which is selectively coupled to the engaging slot. Thus, by pushing one end of the pivotable portion, convenient separation and combination of the fixture unit and the platy body are provided.
