Abstract: A liquid cooled heat dissipation module includes a housing and at least one flow channel. The housing includes a chamber, and the at least one flow channel is located in the chamber. The housing includes an upper plate, a lower plate, and a plurality of annular wall portions. Two ends of each of the annular wall portions are respectively connected to the upper plate and the lower plate. The annular wall portions respectively form a plurality of through-holes between the upper plate and the lower plate, and the through-holes penetrate through the upper plate and the lower plate. The at least one flow channel is located between two adjacent annular wall portions. In addition, a projection device is also provided.

Abstract: A method for incremental upgrade is provided. The method is used in a device and includes: receiving an incremental update package corresponding to an application, wherein the incremental update package at least includes an incremental and differential file and the size of a target-version file; obtaining idle resource of a memory in the device and a current-version file corresponding to the application; comparing the idle resource of the memory with a maximum upgrade resource requirement to choose an upgrade process for upgrading the application, wherein the maximum upgrade resource requirement is a capacity sum of the size of the current-version file, the size of the incremental and differential file, and the size of the target-version file; and restoring the target-version file according to the upgrade process, and installing the target-version file.

Abstract: A human computer interaction system and a human computer interaction method are provided. The human computer interaction system includes a first sensor, a second sensor and a processor. The processor obtains first motion sensing data of the first operating portion from the first sensor, obtains second motion sensing data of the second operating portion from the second sensor different from the first operating portion, and determines an event according to both the first motion sensing data and the second motion sensing data. Accordingly, a hybrid motion tracking method for multiple operating portion of the user is provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a memory access interface device. The clock generation circuit thereof generates reference clocks. Each of the DDR access signal transmission circuits thereof, under a DDR mode, adjusts a phase and a duty cycle of one of DDR access signals according to one of DDR reference clock signals to generate one of output access signals to access the memory device. The data signal transmission circuit thereof, under an SDR mode, applies a minimum latency on an SDR data signal according to the command and address reference clock signal to generate an output SDR data signal to access the memory device. The command and address signal transmission circuit thereof, under either the DDR or SDR mode, applies a programmable latency on a command and address signal according to the command and address reference clock signal to generate an output command and address signal to access the memory device.

Abstract: A heat dissipation module includes a base, a cover and a plurality of heat dissipation fins. The cover is disposed on the base and forms an accommodation space with the base. The plurality of heat dissipation fins is disposed in the accommodation space. The cover includes a top, at least one side wall, a first opening and a second opening. The first opening and the second opening are disposed on the top or the at least one side wall. The at least one side wall surrounds the top and is connected to the base. The distances between the plurality of heat dissipation fins and one of the at least one side wall in a first direction are different. A projection apparatus is also provided, which includes a light source module, a light valve, the aforementioned heat dissipation module and a projection lens.

The wavelength conversion module includes a case and a wavelength conversion layer. The case has a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet, and a cavity connecting the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet for circulation of a cooling liquid. The wavelength conversion layer is located on the case, wherein the relative positions of the wavelength conversion layer and the excitation light remain unchanged. The projection device and the wavelength conversion module have good reliability.

A single O-ring is used to seal between the cylindrical body and a cylindrical cover for reducing the sealing portions. A valve block of a non-return valve can co-work with a spring for opening and closing the exhaust hole. The valve block is soft for closing the exhaust hole well and reducing the noise of collision between the valve block and the top plate.

The method comprises receiving data strobe and data from a DRAM of the DARM system, capturing a data strobe clock according to the received data strobe, generating three time points with a period of the data strobe clock, sampling the data at the three time points, to obtain three sampled data, determining whether to adjust positions of the three time points according to a comparison among the three sampled data, and configuring the valid data reception window according to the positions of the three time points when determining not to adjust the positions of the three time points.
