    Abstract: A test strip detecting system includes a test strip, a test strip detecting carrier and a mobile communication apparatus. The test strip detecting carrier includes a container structure, positioning markers and colorimetric calibrating blocks, and the colorimetric calibrating blocks are embedded inside the positioning markers. The test strip is placed in the container structure and reacts with a specimen to generate color blocks. The mobile communication apparatus controls an image capture unit to capture an original image of the test strip placed in the test strip detecting carrier; detects the positioning markers in the original image to obtain a plurality of coordinates of the positioning markers; performs image coordinate calibration according to the plurality of coordinates to generate a calibrated image; and performs a colorimetric calibration for the color blocks and the colorimetric calibrating blocks according to the calibrated image so as to generate a test result.

The U-shaped sidewalls cooperatively define the first receiving space. The second receiving space is formed in the first receiving space and is lower than the first receiving space. The elastic sheet is arranged on a short side of the first receiving space. The first receiving space is used for allowing the integrated stage to hold a first rapid test reagent card. The second receiving space is used for allowing the integrated stage to hold a second rapid test reagent card. The integrated stage utilizes the elastic sheet to hold and fix the first rapid test reagent card or the second rapid test reagent card.

    Abstract: A strip detecting apparatus includes a black box, a light guide plate disposed on the black box, a light source, an optical calibration platform, a strip platform, a test strip contained in the strip platform, an image capturing device and an image processing device. The light source is disposed on the black box to emit light toward the black box via the light guide plate. The image capturing device is disposed on the black box for respectively capturing an optical calibration image and a detection image when the optical calibration platform and the strip platform are inserted into the black box respectively. The image processing device is coupled to the image capturing device for calibrating relationship information between the concentration and the grayscale value of the test strip according to the optical calibration image and for generating a test result according to the calibrated relationship information and the detection image.
