  • Publication number: 20240138709
Abstract: A care system monitoring method for sensing the movement state of a bedridden person is provided. The care system monitoring method includes the following stages. Initial-state information is sensed. A first warning signal is issued to remind the caregiver to perform a movement action on the bedridden person when the time that the bedridden person has been in the initial state exceeds the threshold period. First-state information (which is information that is collected when the bedridden person is in the first state) is sensed after completing the movement action. It is determined whether the bedridden person was moved correctly according to the initial-state information and the first-state information. The first-state information is reset as the initial-state information if it is determined that the bedridden person has been moved correctly. A second warning signal is issued if it is determined that the bedridden person has been moved incorrectly.

  • Publication number: 20220385873
Abstract: A multi-point measurement of a scene captured in an image frame may be used to process the image frame, such as by applying white balance corrections to the image frame. In some examples, the image frame may be segmented into portions that are illuminated by different illumination sources. Different portions of the image frame may be white balanced differently based on the color temperature of the illumination source for the corresponding portion. Infrared measurements of multiple points in the scene may be used to determine a characteristic of the illumination source of different portions of the scene. For example, a picture that includes indoor and outdoor portions may be illuminated by at least two illumination sources that produce different infrared measurements values. White balancing may be applied differently to these two portions to correct for color temperature of the different sources.

  • Patent number: 11184553
Abstract: A processor generates a depth map from two images, including a high-dynamic range (HDR) image. The processor receives, from a first image sensor, one or more first images, wherein the one or more first images have a first field-of-view (FOV) and a first resolution, and receives, from a second image sensor, one or more second images, wherein the one or more second images have a second FOV and a second resolution. The processor generates a first HDR image from the one or more first images, and performs tone alignment on the one or more second images based on the first HDR image to produce a second HDR image. The processor generates a depth map using the first HDR image and the second HDR image. The processor may use the depth map to apply a bokeh effect to the first HDR image.

  • Publication number: 20190230253
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for color enhancement are described. A device may receive a raw image from a sensor (e.g., a camera of the device). The device may detect multiple regions of pixels corresponding to different image features in the raw image. For example, each region of pixels may correspond to one or more facial features. The device may compute one or more color ratios for each region of pixels. The device may then determine a respective color correction matrix for each region of pixels based at least in part on the one or more color ratios associated with that region of pixels. The device may generate a color-corrected image based on applying the respective color correction matrix to each region of pixels and may output the color-corrected image (e.g., to a display of the device, to a system memory, etc.).
