The thin film includes a plurality of first molecules, and each of the first molecules has a conjugated structure. A mask is covered on the thin film. The mask includes at least one exposing area, and the exposing area is correspondent to an illuminated region of the thin film. A solvent annealing and illuminating step is conducted, wherein the thin film covered by the mask is illuminated with a light source under an atmosphere of a first solvent, and a wavelength range of the light source is correspondent to an energy enabling the first molecules to reach an excited state. Thus a thickness of the illuminated region of the thin film is increased or decreased so as to form a pattern on the thin film.

    Abstract: A method for growing aluminum indium nitride (AlInN) films on silicon substrates comprises several steps: firstly, arranging a silicon substrate in a reaction chamber; secondly, providing multiple reaction gases in the reaction chamber, wherein the reaction gases include aluminum precursors, indium precursors and nitrogen-containing gases; finally, dynamically adjusting flow rates of the reaction gases and directly growing an AlInN layer on the silicon substrate via a crystal growth process. By directly forming an AlInN layer on the silicon substrate, lattice matching is increased, residual thermal stress is reduced and film quality is improved. In addition, fabrication process is simplified and thus cost is reduced.

With the linking assembly, the main and side sliding leaves are moved simultaneously. Therefore, when the portable electronic device is not used, the main and side sliding leaves fully overlap with the stationary leaf to achieve a smallest footprint.
