According to one example, a parameter related to a deep learning model for a training dataset allocated to a server is obtained at a client; a transmission state of the parameter is determined, the transmission state indicating whether the parameter has been transmitted to the server; and information associated with the parameter to be sent to the server is determined based on the transmission state to update the deep learning model. Therefore, the performance of deep learning may be improved, and the network load of deep leaning may be reduced.

By detecting the DC current and arc quenching angle on the inverter side, the active power output time instruction and reactive power output time instruction are determined respectively. The active power output amplitude instruction is determined by detecting the AC bus voltage, and the reactive power output amplitude instruction is determined by using the constraint of the total energy storage capacity.

A pulse laser having a NIR beam and THz beam is sent through the semiconductor crystal to the quarter-wave plate to the prism to the photodiodes, wherein the patterned grating on the semiconductor crystal diffracts the NIR beam while the THz remains unaffected. The photodiodes can detect the result.
