    Abstract: Disclosed is a magnetic shielding gasket, comprising a conductive foam substrate exhibiting resilience and recoverability and having a first surface, a magnetic layer attached to said first surface of the conductive foam substrate and wherein the magnetic layer exhibits magnetic permeability, wherein the initial magnetic permeability of the magnetic layer is greater than 1000 @ 0.1 A/m and the maximum magnetic permeability of the magnetic layer is greater than 5000 @ 0.1 A/m.
