    Abstract: Disclosed are a Micro-LED pixel arrangement structure, an arrangement method, and a display panel. The pixel arrangement structure comprises a plurality of pixel groups, each comprises a plurality of sub-pixels. The arrangement directions of the sub-pixels in the plurality of pixel groups on the leftmost column and in the plurality of pixel groups on the rightmost column are perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the sub-pixels in other pixel groups on the first row or the last row. The arrangement directions of the sub-pixels in the pixel groups on the leftmost column and in the pixel groups on the rightmost column in the Micro-LED pixel arrangement structure are perpendicular to the arrangement directions of the sub-pixels in other pixel groups on the first row or the last row, thereby avoiding edge color shift and improving the display quality.

    Abstract: Provided are an epitaxial wafer growth furnace, an apparatus, an MOCVD method, and an epitaxial wafer. The growth furnace comprises: a growth furnace body for placing a substrate, an upper end face of the growth furnace body is a downward concave spherical surface, and the upper end face of the spherical shape has a preset mark position; when the substrate is placed on the preset mark position and the growth furnace body rotates, a difference value of the centrifugal force applied to each part of the substrate is within a preset range. The growth furnace body is a downward concave spherical surface, such that the substrate can be placed at the position where the centrifugal force applied to each part of the substrate is equal or similar, and thus each part on the substrate has same growth stress, the epitaxial wafer with a uniform thickness is obtained.

    Abstract: This is a system and method of organizing secured purchasing groups (SPGs) to reduce costs and risks for both buyers and sellers by forming binding purchase offers and by selling in volume. The method includes authoring a first buyer to establish an SPG with the buyer's own terms of purchase. Other buyers join the established SPG if they agree to the terms of the SPG. As the established SPG interests more and more buyers and enlists the buyers to become a member, it attracts potential sellers to sell to the buyers of the SPG. A binding purchase contract is established when a seller makes a commitment to sell to a buyer of the SPG. A deposit is required from both the buyer and the seller to deter fraud and to reduce risks. A secret code system helps further reduce fraud and disputes. A user rating system further encourages good community behavior. The results of the rating system are used throughout the system.
