  • Publication number: 20210076673
Abstract: A biocide-encapsulated microcapsule for use in paint includes a hydrophilic core formed by polymerization of a hydrophilic monomer comprising an unsaturated bond in presence of a free radical initiator; and a biocide being a hydrophobic compound. The hydrophilic core encloses the dispersed biocide to effect storage and releases of the biocide. Therefore, the biocide is released from the microcapsule core in the long term such that a resultant dried paint prevents biofouling in the long term.

  • Patent number: 8665322
Abstract: A method for controlling shutter glasses is utilized for viewing stereo images. A video output apparatus respectively outputs a first image and a second image during a plurality of image output periods, alternately. Each image output period includes an image driving period and an image stabilization period. The method includes controlling each of a first shutter lens and a second shutter lens to be switched between an on-state and an off-state. The first shutter lens stays in the on-state within image stabilization periods respectively corresponding to two successive first images, and is switched from the off-state to the on-state and then switched from the on-state to the off-state for at least one time during a time interval between the image stabilization periods respectively corresponding to the two successive first images.

  • Publication number: 20110292168
Abstract: The present invention discloses a 3D vision monitor, system, and display parameter adjusting method thereof. In one embodiment, the 3D vision monitor judges whether the image signal is a 3D image according to a synchronous clock signal of the image signal. While the 3D vision monitor confirms the image signal is a 3D image, it adjusts the brightness, the red gain value, the green gain value, or the blue gain value of the image signal. In another embodiment, a computer executes the 3D vision program and generates a trigger signal. Then, according to the trigger signal, the 3D vision monitor increases the brightness, the red gain value, the green gain value, or the blue gain value of the image signal.
