  • Publication number: 20190166024
Abstract: A network anomaly analysis apparatus, method, and non-transitory computer readable storage medium thereof are provided. The network anomaly analysis apparatus stores a plurality of network status data and is configured to dimension-reduce each network status datum into a principal component datum, select a first subset and a second subset of the principal component data as the training data and the testing data respectively, derive a classification model by classifying the training data into a plurality of normal data and a plurality of abnormal data, derive a clustering model by clustering the abnormal data, derive an accuracy rate by testing the classification model and the clustering model by the testing data, select a third subset of the principal component data as a plurality of validation data when the accuracy rate fails to reach a threshold, and update the classification model and the clustering model with the validation data.

  • Publication number: 20170347292
Abstract: A base station central control server and a base station outage compensation method thereof are provided. After detecting an outage of a first base station, the base station central control server calculates a plurality of compensation indices which correspond to a plurality of second base stations according to base station information of the second base stations, and selects a prior compensation index which corresponds to a third base station. The base station central control server selects a main compensation configuration from a plurality of compensation configurations of the third base station, and notifies the third base station of performing compensation communication based on the main compensation configuration.

  • Patent number: 9794847
Abstract: A central control device and a load balancing method thereof are provided. The central control device includes a network interface, a storage and a processor. The network interface is connected to a plurality of base stations and receives a load parameter from each base station. The storage stores the load parameters. The processor is electrically connected to the storage and the network interface. For each base station, the processor calculates a load indication according to the load parameter thereof to determine whether the base station is an overloaded base station based on the load indication, and calculates an offload priority indication according to the load indication, a quantity of off-loadable resources of at least one neighboring base station, a first weighting factor and a second weighting factor. The processor determines an offload order of the overloaded base stations according to the offload priority indications.

  • Patent number: 9677910
Abstract: Disclosed is an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system, used in a power system that comprises a high-voltage power supplying switch, at least one transformer and at least one smart meter. Each transformer has one end connected to at least one smart meter and has another end connected to the high-voltage power supplying switch or at least another transformer. The AMI system comprises a plurality of power line bridges and at least one data concentrator unit (DCU). Each power line bridge is connected to the transformer in parallel. The DCU has one end electrically connected to the power line bridge. The power line bridge has one end electrically connected to the smart meter, and another end electrically connected to the DCU. The power line bridge communicates with the smart meter via the narrowband power line communication (NPLC), and communicates with the DCU via the broadband over power line communication (BPLC).
