The controller periodically couples the first node and a reference node to a control node to generate a control signal at the control node, wherein the range of the control signal is from a first voltage of the first node to the low voltage level of the reference node. The voltage clamp unit, which is coupled between the control node and the reference node, determines the first voltage.
