    Abstract: A switching regulator having adjustable inductor current threshold employs a control method which includes: (S1) determining whether an output voltage is greater than a reference voltage or determining whether a switching frequency of the power stage is smaller than a predetermined lower frequency limit, and (S2) when it is determined yes in the step (S1), adjusting the inductor current threshold, such that the switching regulator operates under a pseudo discontinuous conduction mode (PDCM) wherein the switching frequency is not smaller than the predetermined lower frequency limit. Consequently, when the switching regulator operates under a light load mode, an optimum balance between a total power consumption and switching noise interference will be ensured.

The method further includes, after removing the horizontal portions of the first spacer layer, depositing a reverse material between the first spacers. The method further includes patterning the first mask layer using the first spacers and the reverse material in combination as a first etching mask.

    Abstract: A liquid cooling apparatus has a chassis, a cover mounted on the chassis, and a dividing structure disposed in an inner chamber defined between the chassis and the cover. The dividing structure divides the inner chamber into a liquid inlet compartment and a liquid outlet compartment. The liquid inlet compartment communicates with the liquid outlet compartment via the recess. The liquid cooling apparatus can be installed on a first panel with the boss of the chassis mounted through a through hole of the first panel and thermally attached to a heat source on a second panel. A working fluid that flows into the liquid inlet compartment is forced to flow into the recess before flowing to the liquid outlet compartment by the dividing structure. Accordingly, heat generated by the heat source can be effectively dissipated.

The first comparison result and the second comparison result are the same; the M comparison results are the same; each of the first comparison result and the second comparison result is different from any of the M comparison results.

In an embodiment, the reformer can be a hydrogen-generation reformer, and the generated hydrogen is introduced into the burning equipment for use. In such manner, the waste heat can be effectively utilized, and the carbon deposition issue inside the burning equipment can be fixed. A waste heat recovery method is also provided.
