    Abstract: A hydraulic door closer capable of reducing oil-pressure therein at high temperature, comprises a housing with an oil chamber, an oil storage cavity, and a piston in the housing of the hydraulic door closer. The oil storage cavity is in communication with the oil chamber; when the oil temperature increases, hydraulic oil in the oil chamber and oil storage cavity generates an increased oil pressure move the piston, whereby volume of the oil storage cavity is enlarged, such that oil from the chamber will flow into the cavity, to reduce the oil pressure of the chamber and cavity. When the oil temperature decreases, the oil pressure in the chamber and cavity is reduced, whereby the storage piston restores its original position, whereby volume of the cavity will be reduced, and the oil in the cavity flows back into the chamber. The pressure in the oil chamber is reduced when the hydraulic oil expands due to increased temperature to prevent failure of the seal and to avoid hydraulic oil leakage.

The method includes patterning a semiconductor substrate to form a first semiconductor fin and a second semiconductor fin, and depositing a first dielectric material on the first and second semiconductor fins. There is a trench between the first and second semiconductor fins. The method also includes depositing a semiconductor material on the first dielectric material, heating the semiconductor material to cause the semiconductor material to flow to a bottom region of the trench, filling a top region of the trench with a second dielectric material, and heating the first dielectric material, the second dielectric material, and the semiconductor material to form an isolation structure between the first and second semiconductor fins.

In particular, the quaternary ammonium compound is a biodegradable quaternary ammonium compound. The composition has excellent softening performance and improved perfume longevity. The present invention also relates to use of said composition for conditioning a fabric.

Each of the three elastic arms has a contact portion. The contact portions of two adjacent elastic arms are staggered to each other. A ground terminal is provided between two adjacent elastic arms. When the neck portion deviates toward different directions, each of the two ground terminals is in contact with the contact portion of at least one of the elastic arms.

    Abstract: Described herein is the discovery of novel PSMA-specific peptides, which were identified through a novel combinatorial biopanning method. One of the novel PSMA-specific peptides discovered, GTIQPYPFSWGY (or GTI) (SEQ ID NO: 2), exhibits high binding affinity and selectivity to PSMA and PSMA-positive prostate cancer cells. It was found that GTI can mediate internalization of the apoptotic KLA peptide to PSMA-positive LNCaP cells and induce cell death. Moreover, a FAM-labeled GTI peptide shows a high and specific tumor uptake in nude mice bearing human prostate cancer xenografts. It was demonstrated that the GTI peptide can be employed as a PSMA-specific ligand for prostate cancer diagnosis and/or for targeted drug delivery to prostate cancer cells.
