The system includes a server, a user platform, a user end and a sending end. The server includes a group database and a questionnaire sticker database. The group database and the questionnaire sticker database are respectively accessed by a registration interface and a sticker interface included in the user platform. The user end inputs the registration information through the registration interface, so as to create a user group or join a friend group. The sending end selects one of the questionnaire sticker models through the sticker interface to form a questionnaire sticker. The questionnaire sticker is sent to the group members through the corresponding communication software.

    Abstract: A system and an operating method of a questionnaire sticker are disclosed. The system includes a sending end, a receiving end and a cloud server. The questionnaire initiator at the sending end creates a user group in the communication software program and selects a questionnaire sticker model with an option button, so as to form the questionnaire sticker, and then sends the questionnaire sticker to the cloud server. The questionnaire respondent at the receiving end also installs the communication software program and joins the user group. The cloud server sends the questionnaire sticker to the receiving end, and it is shown on a display interface. The response information is generated by directly selecting the option button, and is collected by the cloud server. The result of the questionnaire is then sent back to the sending end.

The channel establishing module establishes a communication channel between the second user and the first user. When the click-to-call icon is trigged by the second user, the channel establishing module establishes the communication channel. The channel establishing module is not allowed to accept the request of the first user to establish the communication channel.

    Abstract: The present disclosure illustrates a communication establishing method. The method includes following steps. A communication service program is executed on the mobile device to transmit an identification code to a cloud server. A toll-free number is determined and a communication number corresponding to the identification code is inquired from a lookup table. A control command is transmitted from the cloud server to the mobile device. The mobile device is controlled by the control command to dial a call request containing the toll-free number to a dial-up device. The dial-up device transmits a search request to the cloud server and the cloud server then return the communication number respected to the toll-free number to the dial-up device. Finally, the dial-up device automatic transfers the call request to the communication terminal, so as to establish a communication connection between the mobile device and a communication terminal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an after-sales communication establishment method and system thereof. The method comprises the steps as below. A network address and a product serial number are obtained by using a mobile device to detect an identification unit of the product. A cloud server is connected and an application located the cloud server is downloaded to the mobile device via the network address. The application is executed for transmitting the id number of the mobile device and the product serial number to a communication server. A corresponding after-sales terminal respect to the product serial number is determined by the communication server. Then, based on the id number, a communication between the after-sales terminal and the mobile device is established by the communication server. By the after-sales communication establishment method and system thereof, the requirement of manpower is reduced and the approval rating is raised.
