Abstract: A rotary angle detecting device is provided, including a fixed portion, a rotary module, a sensing module, and a permeability member. The rotary module includes a rotary shaft pivotally connected to the fixed portion, and can rotate around a main axis relative to the fixed portion. The sensing module is configured to detect the motion state of the rotary shaft relative to the fixed portion. The sensing module includes a magnetic force sensor and a magnetic member corresponding to the magnetic force sensor. The magnetic member can rotate relative to the magnetic force sensor. The permeability member is disposed between the sensing module and the rotary module.

However, the speed of date transmission with the IDE interface becomes slower since the standard of a faster SATA interface has been created. Therefore, how to design a solid state disk on module with high speed transmission by means of the developed SATA interface is a latest trend of the new product design. The present invention discloses a circuit structure, which can enhance the data transmission speed of the solid state disk on module with the SATA interface.

Abstract: A method for data security with lock in a hard disk and a solid state disk is provided. The method makes a frequently used system record possible to be saved in the user zone. The main system program or the drive program can be saved in the ROM zone to avoid that the programs are subjected to an abnormal change or a not allowed change and revision so as not to damage the operation of the system. The core program of the system can be saved in the protect zone and the password has to be confirmed before the core program can be executed. Therefore, the present invention can give the disk system an effective function of protect with lock to protect the intellectual property for the system designer and to protect the data in secret and with safety for the user.
