    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for mechanical grinding of an SOI wafer and a mechanical grinding apparatus. The method includes a mechanical grinding process including a coarse grinding process, in which a feed speed of a coarse grinding wheel and a rotational speed of a grinding table satisfy a predefined condition, thereby allowing for a damaged area proportion on a side of a carrier wafer away from a device wafer to be lower than a predetermined threshold during thinning of the device wafer on a side thereof away from the carrier wafer by mechanical grinding to a predetermined thickness. The present invention overcomes the problems that significant backside damage may be caused to an SOI wafer during its mechanical grinding, which may affect the performance and reliability of a device fabricated from the wafer.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fiber membrane and a preparation method and use thereof, and belongs to the field of biological materials. The fiber membrane includes a fiber with a core-shell structure, where a core of the fiber includes simvastatin and a first spinnable polymer, and a shell of the fiber includes hydroxyapatite and a second spinnable polymer. In the fiber, a release of the simvastatin mainly depends on a rate of water invasion. After water invades the fiber, the simvastatin in the fiber leaves the fiber with the diffusion of water. In the present disclosure, a barrier function of the shell prevents moisture from entering the core. Therefore, the simvastatin in the core cannot leave the fiber with the diffusion of water molecules in an early stage, and a release rate of drugs is slowed down in the early stage, thereby controlling sustained release of the drugs.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an SOI wafer and a method of manufacturing it. Prior to a bonding process, a plasma treatment process is performed on a second buried oxide layer on a device wafer. The duration of this plasma treatment process and plasma power used therein meet a predefined condition. The bonding process is then performed to bond a carrier wafer to the device wafer, thereby obtaining the SOI wafer. A thinning process is performed on a side of the device wafer away from the carrier wafer in the SOI wafer, without silicon islands being formed in the carrier wafer along a peripheral step or air voids developing around the center of the device wafer. SiO2 can be formed to a reduced thickness, and surface hydrophilicity of the device wafer can be appropriately enhanced in the plasma treatment process through configuring the plasma power used therein and the duration thereof.
