    Abstract: A bicycle front wheel frame assembly includes a horizontal tubular member mounted in front of a head tube, a vertical rod assembly mounted between the tubular member and a front fork, and a horizontal rod assembly mounted between the tubular member and the head tube. Both lengths of the vertical rod assembly and the horizontal rod assembly are adjustable so as to adjust distances between the handles and the cyclist.
