    Abstract: The present invention relates to a cell induction method, in particular to a method for inducing differentiation of fibroblasts into adipocytes, comprising the following steps: Cultivating the fibroblasts in a culture medium, adding a Myosin inhibitor and BMP4 to the culture medium, and continuously cultivating same until adipocytes are obtained. The present invention further relates to a method for inducing the conversion of fibroblasts into immortalized cells and use thereof. The present invention further relates to a method for inducing in vitro amplification of hepatocytes.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for destroying cellular mechanical homeostasis and the use thereof, especially disclosed is a method for destroying cellular mechanical homeostasis by using a Myosin inhibitor thereby leading to cell softening and reduction of fibrosis in tissues and organs. Also disclosed are a method for promoting regeneration and repair of tissues and organs and the use thereof. The Myosin inhibitor can destroy the homeostasis of the cellular mechanical stress system, reduce the rigidity of tissues and organs in a pathological state, and stimulate stress and regeneration reactions similar to those in the regeneration processes in lower organisms; and can use the characteristics to greatly inhibit fibrosis during the organ damage and to promote the regeneration and repair of tissues and organs, and meanwhile can use stress response to greatly improve the ability of cellular genetic repair. The Myosin inhibitor is preferably (?)-Blebbistatin, or a derivative thereof (?)-Blebbistatin O-Benzoate.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an optical communication method, comprising: performing modulation on the obtained bit stream data to generate modulated signals; performing differential encoding on the modulated signals to generate differentially encoded signals; converting the differentially encoded signals into electrical signals; and mapping the electrical signals onto optical carriers to generate optical signals for transmission. With the present invention, it is possible to enhance the system's capability of resisting inter-carrier interference without decreasing spectrum efficiency, hence improving the tolerance of existing optical communication systems towards laser linewidth, fast-changing PMD, optical fiber nonlinearity, inter-channel interference and other damages, greatly enhancing system performances.
