  • Patent number: 11960899
Abstract: An information handling system includes multiple dual in-line memory modules (DIMMs) and a basic input/output system (BIOS). The DIMMs form a memory system of the information handling system. The BIOS begins a system boot of the information handling system, and performs a first memory reference code training. Based on the first memory reference code training, the BIOS discovers a bad DIMM of the DIMMs, and stores information associated with the bad DIMM. The BIOS reboots the information handling system. During the reboot, the BIOS retrieves the information associated with the bad DIMM. The BIOS disables a slot associated with the bad DIMM. In response to the slot being disabled, the BIOS performs a second memory reference code training. Based on the second memory reference code training, the BIOS downgrades the memory system to a closest possible DIMM population.

  • Publication number: 20240084148
Abstract: The present application provides a method of preparing lithium-friendly colloid paint. The method comprises functionalizing a carbon nanotube material to obtain a plurality of carbon nanotubes with functional groups; dispersing the of carbon nanotube material with functional groups in a solution containing nitrogen molecules to from the dispersion liquid to obtain a carbon nanotube precursor; heat-treating the carbon nanotube precursors to obtain a plurality of nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes; dispersing the plurality of nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes in an organic solvent, and adding a dispersant obtain a nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube solution precursor; and providing a polymer material colloid and a lithium salt, and uniformly mixing the nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube solution precursor, the lithium salt and the polymer material colloid.

  • Patent number: 7614047
Abstract: Illustrative embodiments provide a computer-implemented method for indicating a change in a service offering. The computer-implemented method generates a token representative of a state of the service offering, and determines whether the service offering has been modified to form a modified service. Responsive to a determination that the service offering has been modified, generates a token representative of the state of the modified service, and determines whether the service offering has been restarted to form a restarted service. Responsive to a determination that the offered service has been restarted, generates a token representative of the state of the restarted service, and provides the token to a requester.

  • Patent number: 7600253
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for correlating entities between a service provider and a service requester is provided. The computer-implemented method receives a request for a service from a service requester and determines whether the request contains an entity token representative of an entity referenced by the service requester that can be resolved. When the entity token is not resolved, the entity token is sent to a token correlator that requests the service requester, or an authorized party, to provide entity information. The token correlator forwards the entity information to the service provider to validate and return encrypted to the token correlator from which is generated a new entity token. The new token is sent to the service provider and, selectively, to the authorized third party, and used for locating the service of the request by the service provider.
