    Abstract: A method includes forming a first region including a pair of first FinFETs and a second region including a pair of second FinFETs on a substrate. Each FinFET includes a metal gate having a first spacer adjacent thereto, and each first FinFET has a gate dielectric that is thicker than a gate dielectric of each second FinFET, such that the first FinFETs can be higher voltage input/output devices. The method forms a first contact between the metal gates of the pair of first FinFETs with a second spacer thereabout, the second spacer contacting a portion of each first spacer. The second spacer thus has a portion extending parallel to the metal gates, and a portion extending perpendicular to the metal gates. A second contact is formed between the metal gates of the pair of second FinFETs, and the second contact devoid of the second spacer.

The monoclonal antibody secreted by this cell strain has good specificity and detection sensitivity (IC50 value of 2 ?g/L) to the nifursol residue marker and can be used for residue detection of the nifursol residual marker in food.

In this way, when scanning row scanning lines in the sensor array, a row scanning circuit may control the switches to output, to the analog front end component in a time division manner, original fingerprint data collected by the sensor units in the different areas, so that fewer input channels of the analog front end component can be required, and a size of a fingerprint collection apparatus can be reduced.

    Abstract: A method and a system for active alignment of a light source assembly along three dimensions in an optical bench plane are provided. The light source assembly, preferably a laser diode on its sub-mount, is actively aligned in three dimensions, longitudinal, transection and vertical along the optical bench. The light source assembly is attached on edge of the optical bench, via adhesion processes, such as solder welding. Optical components such as collimator lens, isolator, etc are first passively aligned on the optical bench using alignment marks and epoxy slots provided on the surface of the optical bench. Then, laser diode, mounted on a laser diode sub-mount, is aligned in X and Z direction. Thereafter, the light source assembly is pushed towards the edge of the optical bench and attached with the edge via a solder joint. Also, a compensator can be actively aligned until the optimum light intensity achieved.

The spleen cells of the immunized mice are fused with mouse myeloma cells by a PEG method, and screened by indirect ELISA and indirect competitive ELISA and subcloned three times to obtain a population-selective hybridoma cell strain.
