    Abstract: Three-way catalytic converters and devices for processing tail gases are disclosed. In some embodiments, a three-way catalytic converter includes a cylindrical housing, a three-way catalytic assembly provided in the cylindrical housing, a tail gas inlet and a tail gas outlet provided at the top of the cylindrical housing and communicated with the cylindrical housing, and a heater circumferentially wrapped around the outer side wall of the cylindrical housing. The three-way catalytic assembly is heated by energizing the heater. In other embodiments, a first cavity is formed between the three-way catalytic assembly and one end of the cylindrical housing, a second cavity is formed between the three-way catalytic assembly and another end of the cylindrical housing, the tail gas inlet is connected with the first cavity, and the tail gas outlet is connected with the second cavity.

    Abstract: Vacuum sintering apparatus are disclosed. In some embodiments, a vacuum sintering apparatus includes a vacuum cavity body, a power supply assembly, an electrode assembly, a heating body assembly, and a heat-preservation assembly. The heat-preservation assembly is provided within a vacuum chamber. The heat-preservation assembly includes a fixing bracket and a carbon felt heat-preservation layer. The fixing bracket is provided in a square shape or an annular shape. The carbon felt heat-preservation layer is laid around the fixing bracket. The heating body assembly is provided within a zone surrounded by the carbon felt heat-preservation layer. The heating body assembly includes two groups of unidirectional heating channels. The unidirectional heating channel is in an unenclosed square shape or an unenclosed annular shape. The two groups of unidirectional heating channels are connected in series by a connecting member. The connecting member is made of a conductive material.

    Abstract: Systems for catalyzing and degreasing a tail gas are disclosed. In some embodiments, the system includes: an acid-inlet volatilization device, a catalytic degreasing device is connected with the acid-inlet volatilization device, a three-way catalytic converter is connected with the catalytic degreasing device, and a tail-gas heater provided at the three-way catalytic converter. The three-way catalytic converter is heated by the tail-gas heater to decompose and/or react hazardous substances. In other embodiments, the acid-inlet volatilization device includes an acid storage tank and a pump, the pump is connected with the acid storage tank, and the pump is connected with the catalytic degreasing device. The acid-inlet volatilization device includes an evaporator connected between the pump and the catalytic degreasing device. The evaporator is connected with a nitrogen gas inlet.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for processing a graphic for light-cured printing, an electronic apparatus, and/or a storage medium are disclosed. In some embodiments, the method includes following steps: obtaining 3D model data of an object to be printed; slicing the 3D model data to obtain sliced data; converting the sliced data to a projected picture; and chunking the projected picture to obtain a plurality of exposed pictures. The plurality of exposed pictures are superimposed and intersected to have an exposed result of the projected picture. In other embodiments, the method includes following steps: placing a photosensitive resin in a material tray, placing a molding platform in the material tray, and placing a molding end surface of the molding platform in contact with the photosensitive resin; sending the plurality of exposed pictures to a bottom surface of the material tray; and curing a corresponding layer of photosensitive resin.

    Abstract: Devices for heating graphite for a vacuum sintering furnace are disclosed. In some examples, the device includes a heating unit. The heating unit includes a heating conductive strip, a fixing conductive block, a connecting conductive strip, and an isolating column. The plurality of heating conductive strips are connected end-to-end through the fixing conductive block to form a closed frame. One end of the connecting conductive strip is fixedly connected to one of the fixing conductive blocks, and the other end thereof is a free end. One of the two heating conductive strips communicated with the fixing conductive block provided with the connecting conductive strip is connected to the fixing conductive block through the isolating column. The plurality of heating units are disclosed. The heating conductive strips of the plurality of heating units connected to the isolating column are electrically connected through the connecting heating block.
