Also included is an amount of fatty alcohol to opacify the conditioner. Optionally, a silicone compound may be included. The monoalkyl quat may be in a ratio to the dialkyl quat of about 15:1 to about 2:1. The carbon chain lengths within the dialkyl quat are present in a weight ratio of about 1:3 to about 3:1 of C16,C16 to C18, C18.
