    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a radar layout method applied to bird invasion detection, including the following steps: dividing an environment to be laid out into regions, acquiring environment parameters of each region, and setting radar layout parameters of each region; determining a key region of bird invasion by means of calculation according to the environment parameters of each region, and determining a radar layout evaluation value for each region by means of calculation according to the radar layout parameters of each region; determining, based on the key region of bird invasion and the radar layout evaluation value for each region, a radar layout region to be optimized; and determining a fitness function of a genetic algorithm based on the radar layout parameters of the radar layout region to be optimized, and performing genetic algorithm iteration by using the fitness function until a preset optimization condition is reached.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a hollow tire with an inflating valve, including two parts: a tire body and an inflating valve. The inflating valve is disposed in the tire body, the inflating valve is a rubber gasket inflating valve, and an inflating valve rubber base and the tire body of the hollow tire are bonded by using a rubber vulcanization process to ensure gas tightness. An inflating valve body is hidden in the tire body of the hollow tire and can be located at any position on a cross section of the tire body of the hollow tire. Compared with an ordinary hollow tire, in this disclosure, the inflating valve is disposed on the hollow tire, so that high-pressure gas can be inflated, thereby enhancing a load-bearing capability and buffering performance and improving a service life of the tire.

The method may include irradiating, a film of the nanomaterial disposed on a surface of the object wherein a fluorescence of a light is emitted from the film in response to irradiating the object. The method may further include calculating, using a reference wavelength and a spectral gauge factor, a plurality of local strain values. The method may yet further include producing, with the one or more image processing algorithms and the plurality of local strain values, a strain map of the object.

    Abstract: This application discloses a water quality measurement method, device, equipment and storage medium, which includes: 1) Acquiring multiple sets of training data and using them to train the baseline network iteratively, calculating the error based on the predicted values output by the baseline network and the corresponding labels. 2) Calculating the error state value based on the errors obtained from two consecutive iterations. If the error state value of the current iteration meets the preset conditions, the parameters of the baseline network are updated with the error of the current iteration. Otherwise, the parameters are not updated. The process continues until the baseline network converges. 3) Using the model to obtain water quality measurement results of the wastewater treatment plant. This application addresses the issue present in the existing technologies where effective features from the raw dataset cannot be efficiently extracted, resulting in low accuracy of the measurement results.
