  • Publication number: 20110220947
Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) unit includes a carrier, a plurality of LED dies, a reflecting element and a molding material. A length-width ratio of the carrier is greater than or equal to 5. The LED dies are disposed on the carrier along a longitudinal direction of the carrier. The reflecting element has two reflecting portions disposed on the carrier along the longitudinal direction. The LED dies are disposed between the reflecting portions. The molding material covers the LED dies and contacts with the reflecting element.

  • Publication number: 20090033832
Abstract: A backlight module and an application thereof are disclosed. The backlight module comprises at least one light source and a light guide plate. The light guide plate is disposed at one side of the light source, wherein the light guide plate has a reducing region formed at one side of the light guide plate and close to the light source. The thickness of the light guide plate in the reducing region is decreased with the increasing distance away from the light source. The backlight module is applicable to a liquid crystal display (LCD) apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20080273141
Abstract: A light-emitting diode (LED) package includes a holder. In one implementation, first and second light-emitting chips associated with different wavelengths but same color are disposed on the holder. In another implementation, first and second light-emitting chips associated with different brightnesses but same chroma are disposed on the holder. In yet another implementation, a plurality of first, second, and third color light-emitting chips are disposed symmetrically about a center of the holder.

  • Patent number: 7032758
Abstract: A workpiece holder is provided inside a clean container such that when covering a housing of the clean container on a base of the clean container, the vertical slide of the workpiece holder is stopped at the base, and a locating member is continuously lowered with the housing, thereby causing the vertical slide to slide upwardly along the locating member and to turn a link, and then causing a holder member to be driven by the link to force a thrust face against workpieces, and therefore the workpieces are pushed into position in a cassette on the base. Because the vertical slide does not displace relative to the base when covering the housing on the base, neither friction nor particles are produced, and workpieces are well protected against contamination.

  • Patent number: 6902063
Abstract: A wafer container having a latching mechanism utilized to lock the door of the wafer container in an airtight status. The latching mechanism comprises a cam rotated to move a link and a locking plate pivoted to one end of the link, and a guide block adapted to guide the locking plate sliding into an insertion hole in the container body of the wafer container by using a straight guide means and a curved guide means of the guide block and then to turn the locking plate about pivot rods at the link, causing the locking plate to withstand against part of the container body and to hold down the door toward the inside of the container body and to lock the door in an airtight status.
