Abstract: A method for diagnosing an internal loss mechanism of a solar cell is provided. The solar cell includes an anode and a cathode. An electron transport layer, an active layer and a hole transport layer are arranged in sequence from top to bottom between the cathode and the anode. The solar cell is modeled through a solar cell multi-physics simulation platform. Current density-voltage (JV) curves respectively of type A, type B, type C and type D are simulated by regulating a bulk defect and a surface defect of the active layer and a voltage scan rate. The solar cell is subjected to forward voltage scan and reverse voltage scan to obtain forward and reverse JV curves. According to the forward and reverse JV curves, whether the JV curve type of the solar cell is the type A, the type B, the type C or the type D is determined.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system to perform group entity identification, resolution and knowledge extraction is provided. The system receives an indication of one or more potentially related entities and basic attributes. The system then collects a plurality of content pages comprising candidate attribute data related to one or more candidate entities. Based on entity resolution configuration and entity-resolution module which employs deep-learning models, the system obtains initial additional confirmed entity attribute data or relevant attribute data. With additional knowledges acquired, the system iteratively goes over the same contents again and potentially classifies entities identified in the content pages to be at least confirmed, relevant, or irrelevant entities, until no more additional confident knowledges obtained for target entities during iteration.

The pharmaceutical composition comprises citric acid, paeoniflorin and gallic acid, wherein the weight ratio of citric acid, paeoniflorin and gallic acid is about 100:(1˜8):(0.1˜5). Abstract: Described herein are compositions and methods for treating pulmonary fibrosis and cancer. The compositions include growth hormone releasing hormone peptides. The methods include reducing lung inflammation, lung scarring, reducing expression of T cell receptor complex genes as well as inhibiting tumor growth.
