    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a semiconductor device and a method of forming the same. A method according one embodiment of the present disclosure include bonding a first semiconductor substrate having (110) orientation on a second semiconductor substate having (100) orientation, forming a stack over the first semiconductor substrate, the stack comprising a plurality of channel layers interleaved by a plurality of sacrificial layers, patterning the stack to form a fin-shape structure, the fin-shape structure comprising a channel region and a source/drain region, recessing the source/drain region to form a source/drain trench, forming a dielectric film in the source/drain trench, and epitaxially growing an epitaxial feature over the dielectric film, the epitaxial feature being in contact with the plurality of channel layers. The epitaxial feature has (110) orientation.

In response to the storage level being a first level higher than a second level, the key-value data is stored in a primary storage tree in a first memory. In response to the storage level being the second level, the key data is stored in the primary storage tree, and the key-value data is stored in a secondary storage tree in a second memory. Beneficially, associations can be established between different memories in the storage system through the key data using fast positioning of all the key-value data implemented through memories with high storage performance. Further, the efficiency of data processing in the storage system is thereby improved.

In the present disclosure, metabolic process alterations are overall assessed, and new metabolic transcription patterns based on 456 metabolic gene-related signatures are identified. Three different metabolic patterns are validated by unsupervised consensus clustering analysis and independent datasets, and molecular and clinical pathological features of these three metabolite clusters have different metabolic gene expressions, pathway enrichments, gene variations, and survival outcomes.

The system of the disclosure includes a primary sedimentation fermentation tank, a mainstream modified A2O unit and a bypass anammox unit. The disclosure sets a denitrification phosphorus removal functional zone in the anoxic tank of the A2O system, and sets a deoxygenation zone in the aerobic tank. Combined with the primary sedimentation fermentation tank, the efficient utilization of the carbon source of the A2O process is strengthened. The system has good effluent quality and does not require the addition of a carbon source, and the aeration energy consumption is low, which achieves efficient and low-carbon nitrogen and phosphorus removal.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a lymph targeting nuclear magnetic contrast agent using a brown algae polysaccharide as a carrier, and a preparation method and a use thereof. A macromolecular contrast agent with good water solubility was prepared by using the brown algae polysaccharide as the carrier, using mannose or mannose derivatives as a mannose receptor (MBP) recognition group, and using a paramagnetic metal ion chelate as a nuclear magnetic resonance imaging group. The binding capacity of lymphoid tissue was improved. The mannose or mannose derivative group introduced into the synthesized contrast agent molecule achieves the goal of binding to the enriched mannose receptors in the lymphoid tissues. At the same time, after the contrast agent is injected subcutaneously, both lymph vessels and lymph nodes were clearly visualized under MRI scanning.
