    Abstract: A composite quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant includes a double long-chain quaternary ammonium salt, two single long-chain quaternary ammonium salts, a synergist isothiazolinone, a nonionic surfactant fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether, and water, wherein the double long-chain quaternary ammonium salt is dialkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride with dialkyl being two independent alkyl groups with a chain length of C8-C18, and the two single-chain quaternary ammonium salts are alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride with an alkyl chain length of C8-C18 and alkyl dimethyl ethyl benzyl ammonium chloride with an alkyl chain length of C8-C18, respectively. The composite quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant has a synergistic effect among its components, which greatly improves the capacity of resisting interferences by hard water and organics; and can kill not only bacterial propagules, lipophilic viruses (enveloped viruses, such as novel coronavirus) and fungi, but also hydrophilic viruses (non-enveloped viruses).

    Abstract: Techniques are provided for managing a user space protocol stack are disclosed herein. A nexus in a kernel space can receive a packet from a packet pool, and extract information from the packet to generate a flow key indicating a particular flow for the packet. The nexus can further look up the flow key in a flow table to determine whether there is an existing flow key stored in the flow table matching the flow key of the packet, and store the packet into a batch of packets of the existing flow when the existing flow key matches the flow key of the packet. When a release condition being met, the nexus can release the batch of packets of the existing flow to a user space protocol stack within a user space application through a channel communicatively coupled to the nexus and the user space protocol stack.

The UE measures quality of beams detected from each of the cells. For each of the cells, the UE derives cell quality based on the quality of the beams from the cell. For each of the cells, the UE determines the number of good beams among the beams from the cell based on a cell quality threshold received via system information. The UE ranks the cells in a ranking list relative to each other based on the number of good beams associated with respective ones of the cells and the cell quality. The UE controls, based on the ranking of the cells in the ranking list the number of good beams and the cell quality, selection and/or re-selection of a cell among the cells that is to be used for UE radio communications.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for growing and doping a strained diamond based on a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. The method comprises: depositing a gradient buffer layer and a relaxation layer on a substrate layer in sequence by the CVD method; and finally, depositing a CVD strained diamond layer on the relaxation layer and performing doping by the CVD method. According to the method, a lattice constant of the relaxation layer prepared by utilizing the CVD method is greater than a lattice constant of the diamond, so that a diamond generates a stretching strain. In growing and doping processes, the CVD strained diamond is in a stretching strain state. Therefore, a formation energy of a doped element is low, and it is easy to dope the diamond, so that a doping concentration of the diamond is high.
