    Abstract: A spectrum sensing detector and a spectrum sensing detection method thereof are provided. The spectrum sensing detector receives a radio signal, and generates a plurality of digital signals according to the radio signal. The spectrum sensing detector calculates a plurality of signal autocorrelation values and a plurality of signal cross-correlation values according to the digital signals, and calculates a signal variable value according to the signal autocorrelation values and the signal cross-correlation values. The spectrum sensing detector determines that the radio signal includes a user radio signal after deciding that the signal variable value is greater than a signal threshold value.

    Abstract: A synchronization device and a synchronization method for use in a receiver are provided. The receiver receives a signal from a transmitter. The synchronization device generates a plurality of first pseudo noise codes in sequence according to a first code phase sequence and generates a plurality of second pseudo noise codes in sequence according to a second code phase sequence which is the reverse of the first code phase sequence, simultaneously. Every time a first pseudo noise code and a second pseudo noise code are generated, the synchronization device makes a correlation calculation for the first pseudo noise code, the second pseudo noise code and the signal. The synchronization device further determines a code phase according to the correlation calculations, and synchronizes with the signal according to the code phase. The synchronization method is applied to the synchronization device to implement the operations.

    Abstract: A network station power adjustment apparatus and a power adjustment method thereof are provided. The network station power adjustment apparatus connects to a base station. The base station connects to a mobile station. The network station power adjustment apparatus determines a synchronization time transformation function according to the connection status between the base station and the mobile station, and further transforms a Signal-Noise ratio between the base station and the mobile station into a synchronization time correspondingly. When the network station power adjustment apparatus determines that the synchronization time is greater than a threshold, the network station power adjustment apparatus transmits a power adjustment signal to the base station so that the base station lowers a base station down-link synchronization channel transmitting power accordingly.

The average vehicle speed calculation system comprises a calculation module and a mobile body. The mobile body includes a body speed detector, a radar speed detector and a transceiver. The body speed detector detects a body speed. The radar speed detector detects at least one speed of an adjacent vehicle. The transceiver connects to the calculation module via a network, and transmits the body speed and the at least one speed of the adjacent vehicle to the calculation module.
