    Abstract: A coordinated multipoint (CoMP) transmission and reception method and a CoMP transmission and reception base station are provided. The CoMP transmission and reception method include the following steps. Forming a plurality of base stations into a CoMP set. Calculating a corresponding Doppler shift value between each of the base stations in the CoMP set and a mobile device respectively. Performing, by each of the base stations in the CoMP set, a Doppler compensation on a reference signal according to the corresponding Doppler shift value to generate a corresponding Doppler compensated reference signal, determining whether a corresponding carrier frequency offset (CFO) value of the corresponding Doppler compensated reference signal is converged, and if all of the CFO values are converged, then each of the base stations in the CoMP set performs a frequency correction according to the corresponding CFO value.

A coordination multi-point transmission is performed with the at least one access point of the vehicle by the each of the plurality of first coordinated base stations using the corresponding first beamforming weighted matrix of the each of the plurality of first coordinated base stations.

    Abstract: A method of determining a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) for a next hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) transmission for a receiver in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method comprises measuring signal quality of a present HARQ transmission when receiving complete information transmitted by a transmitter of the wireless communication system in the present HARQ transmission; determining normalized signal quality according to the signal quality and remaining part of the complete information to be received in the next HARQ transmission; and determining the MCS according to the normalized signal quality, for processing the remaining part of the complete information according to the MCS.

    Abstract: A fan enabling increased wind pressure and air volume includes a driving circuit unit, a signal level unit, a signal amplifying unit, and a microcontroller unit (MCU). The driving circuit unit drives the fan to rotate; the signal level unit receives a current signal from the driving circuit unit and corrects the level of the received current signal, and sends the corrected current signal to the signal amplifying unit; the signal amplifying unit receives and amplifies the corrected current signal, and sends the amplified current signal to the MCU; and the MCU calculates based on the amplified current signal to generate a control signal to the driving circuit unit, so that the driving circuit unit follows the control signal to drive the fan to rotate and produce increased wind pressure and air volume to achieve effective heat dissipation at reduced power consumption.
