  • Publication number: 20240127767
Abstract: A display device and a projector are provided. The display device includes a pixel light-emitting panel and multiple color conversion panels. The pixel light-emitting panel includes an N1 number of light-emitting pixel units distributed in an array, and the light-emitting pixel units are driven to emit light through a driver. A first color conversion panel includes an N2 number of first color pixels and an N3 number of first transparent pixels. The first color pixels and the first transparent pixels are disposed relative to the light-emitting pixel units. A second color conversion panel includes an N4 number of second color pixels and an N5 number of second transparent pixels. The second color pixels and the second transparent pixels are disposed relative to the light-emitting pixel units. The lights generated by at least part of the light-emitting pixel units sequentially pass through the first color pixels and the second transparent pixels to achieve the color conversion.

  • Patent number: 11957444
Abstract: This specification describes systems and methods for using Zero Echo Time (ZTE) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) sequences for applications to functional MRI (fMRI). In some examples, a system for functional magnetic resonance imaging includes a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner and a control console implemented on at least one processor. The control console is configured for executing, using the MRI scanner, a zero echo time (ZTE) pulse sequence; acquiring, using the MRI scanner, magnetic resonance data in response to the ZTE pulse sequence; and constructing at least one MRI image using the magnetic resonance data and measuring tissue oxygenation (PtO2)-related T1 changes as a proxy of neural activity changes of a subject using the at least one MRI image.

  • Patent number: 11950491
Abstract: A semiconductor mixed material comprises an electron donor, a first electron acceptor and a second electron acceptor. The first electron donor is a conjugated polymer. The energy gap of the first electron acceptor is less than 1.4 eV. At least one of the molecular stackability, ?-?*stackability, and crystallinity of the second electron acceptor is smaller than the first electron acceptor. The electron donor system is configured to be a matrix to blend the first electron acceptor and the second electron acceptor. The present invention also provides an organic electronic device including the semiconductor mixed material.

  • Publication number: 20240071825
Abstract: Systems, devices and methods of manufacturing a system on silicon wafer (SoSW) device and package are described herein. A plurality of functional dies is formed in a silicon wafer. Different sets of masks are used to form different types of the functional dies in the silicon wafer. A first redistribution structure is formed over the silicon wafer and provides local interconnects between adjacent dies of the same type and/or of different types. A second redistribution structure may be formed over the first redistribution layer and provides semi-global and/or global interconnects between non-adjacent dies of the same type and/or of different types. An optional backside redistribution structure may be formed over a second side of the silicon wafer opposite the first redistribution layer. The optional backside redistribution structure may provide backside interconnects between functional dies of different types.
